Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• You must provide photo evidence

• The product must be unused and in original packaging

• Email kpack@cloud9online.shop to start a claim

We do not offer refunds on used items or due to shipping delays once an order has left our facility.
